Bouchaine Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir 2005
This limited release Pinot Noir is handcrafted from the finest select blocks of our family-owned vineyard and offers depth and power, balanced with grace and elegance. Barrel aged for 12 months in 75% new French and Hungarian oak, this wine offers smoky overtones, a splash of dark cherries, and a lingering finish, showing off the exuberant nature of Bouchaine's Pinot Noirs. This wine pairs wonderfully with a number of grilled or roasted menu selections. Try it with crispy braised duck or roasted pork tenderloins in dried cherry relish. |
