Charles Cimicky Trumps Grenache-Shiraz 2006
Wine Advocate The portfolio begins with the 2006 Grenache (65%) – Shiraz (35%) “Trumps” which spent 18 months in previously used French oak. Crimson-colored, it exhibits an enticing bouquet of spice box, pepper, black cherry, and blueberry. Full-bodied and supple-textured, it is only moderately concentrated but has excellent flavors in its easy-going, seamless personality.
